Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients

125 g Finely Chopped hazelnuts
150 g Wheat flour
125 g Sugar
125 g Melted butter
100 g Soft butter
175 g Sugar
2 Eggs
125 g Coarsely Chopped almonds
125 g Coarsely Chopped hazelnuts Kernels
400 ml Creme fraiche

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix the hazelnuts, wheat flour and sugar together in a bowl.

Step 2

  • Stir in the melted butter. Line a baking tin (approximately 20 x 30 cm) with baking paper.

Step 3

  • Press the nut mixture into the tin and distribute it evenly. Place on the bottom shelf of the oven and bake for 12 minutes at 200 °.

Step 4

  • Mix butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time - stir well after adding each egg.

Step 5

  • Take the cake base out of the oven and add the filling.

Step 6

  • Finally, sprinkle with almonds and hazelnuts. Finish the cake in the middle of the oven, bake for 5-20 minutes at 200 ° and and then let it cool.
