Goulash soup

Hungarian goulash is a delicious meat soup made with spicy sausages. Or, here we use minced meat as well and serve with garlic.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Cut the sausage into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Cut and slice the peppers.
Step 2
  • Fry the minced meat in butter in a pot so that it becomes crumbly. Stir in sausages, onions and peppers and let it sit for a minute.
Step 3
  • Stir in tomato paste and cuminutes Let the borth boil for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
  • Season the crème fraîche with garlic and parsley.
Step 5
  • Serve the soup in large bowls and stir in the crème fraîche with garlic and parsley.
