Gluten-free Muesli

Make your own gluten-free muesli with the sweetness from apple juice. Muesli is a great crisp topping to serve with yogurt for a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

1 litre
Litres Buckwheat flakes
180 g Quinoa puffs
80 g Flaxseed
120 g Pumpkin seeds
200 g Coarsely Chopped mixed nuts
1 pinch Salt
3 tbsp Butter
150 ml Apple juice

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 200 °.

Step 2

  • Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add butter and mix well.

Step 3

  • Pour the mixture onto baking paper on a tray. Roast in the middle of the oven for 20-30 minutes until it has got a nice colour.

Step 4

  • Mix it around several times, especially towards the end. Let it cool. Store in a jar with a lid.
