Creamy, rich and thick potato and leek soup with a taste of green herbs. A quick soup that is guaranteed to be a favourite on the dinner table.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Peel and slice the potatoes. Slice the leek. Fry the leek in butter in a pan. Add potatoes, rosemary, tarragon, chervil, stock cube and water. Let the soup boil for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
  • Whisk or mix the vegetables. Pour into the milk and half of the crème fraîche. Let the soup boil up. Sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper."
