Coleslaw

Crispy, creamy coleslaw on thinly sliced cabbage with mayonnaise and sour cream dressing. Top your finished coleslaw with rocket leaves.

Ingredients

200 g Cabbages
200 g Red cabbages
200 g Savoy cabbages
50 g Rocket leaves
100 ml Mayonnaise
100 ml Sour cream
1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Step 1

  • Start by mixing all the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

  • Cut the cabbages into thin slices, preferably on a mandolin or another slicer.

Step 3

  • Mix the cabbages with the dressing.

Step 4

  • Let the salad rest in the cool for at least an hour before serving. Top with rocket.
