Batter Pudding With Pears And Ginger

Oven pancakes can also be eaten as a nutritious and satisfying snack. This pancake does not require jam or any other accompaniments.

Ingredients

600 ml Semi-skimmed milk
180 g Wholemeal flour
3 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 Pear
1 tsp Ground ginger
30 g Almonds Chips

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 225 °. Beat the flour and half of the milk to a smooth batter. Beat in the rest of the milk, eggs and salt.

Step 2

  • Cut the core out of the pear and cut it into thin slices. Pour the batter into a greased pan. Place the pear slices in. Sprinkle with ginger and almond chips.

Step 3

  • Bake the pancake in the middle of the oven 20-25 minutes. Serve it immediately or allow it to cool and cut it into pieces.
