Banana Cake

This banana cake is super easy to make and guaranteed to be a hit, with its familiar and comforting taste.


Step 1
  • Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar to an airy foam.
Step 2
  • Mix flour and baking powder together and gently fold into the dough alternating with the butter. Mix in the mashed banana.
Step 3
  • Pour the dough into a greased tin (about 1 litre in size) and bake the cake on the bottom of the oven (55 minutes at 175° in a traditional oven). When finished baking, take the banana cake out to cool.
Step 4
  • Take the cake out of the tin and place it, face down, on a dish. Drizzle the melted chocolate on the cake and serve.
