This Promotion is open to residents of UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step") and those living in the same households for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the promotion, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

PDF Storybooks will be available to download from 26 November 2020 until 25 February 2021 as part of this Promotion.
For the first 5,100 downloads only, the Promoter will donate £1 to Magic Breakfast, up to a maximum amount of £5,100. This maximum donation equates to 15,000 healthy breakfasts to feed children in the UK.
Participants may email or otherwise share the pdf storybook with friends or family that may enjoy this story, provided that the storybook may not be published or reproduced for commercial gain, and that all characters and story lines therein remain the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter respects your data privacy and will not collect or process personal data about you in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion, but will only do so in exceptional circumstances. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
By taking part in the Promotion and downloading the pdf storybook, participants will be deemed to have accepted that they are bound by these terms and conditions. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor Magic Breakfast shall in any circumstances be liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or Magic Breakfast. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless your residential address is in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case local law and jurisdiction may be applied.
