White Chocolate Panna Cotta

Name: White Chocolate Panna Cotta
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 50 g white chocolate; 1½ leaf gelatine; 250 ml sour cream; vanilla pods; 150 g Greek yoghurt; strawberries; raspberries; fresh mint leaves

A fresh and sweet panna cotta that is flavoured with yogurt, sour cream, and white chocolate. Serve with fresh berries for that little bit extra.

Ingredients

White chocolate	50 g
Leaf gelatine	1½
Sour cream	250 ml
Vanilla pods
Greek yoghurt	150 g
Strawberries
Raspberries
Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the chocolate. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for at least 5 minutes.

Step 2

Boil the sour cream and add the split and scraped vanilla pod.

Step 3

Add the gelatin leaves and chocolate, stir smoothly.

Step 4

Pour the chocolate mixture into the yogurt and mix until smooth.

Step 5

Pour into 4 glasses and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
