Wheat Porridge and Spicy Chutney

A beautiful spicy, tangy chutney made from tomatoes, cucumber and mango.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Cut the cucumber and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Grate the cucumber and put the other ingredients in a pan.
Step 2
  • Boil the chutney at high heat without a lid for approximately 10 minutes. Taste.
Step 3
  • Pour the chutney into a jar and cool it off. Keep the chutney covered in a refrigerator.
