Very Berry Ice Cream

What kid doesn't want ice cream for breakfast? This ice cream will make them think they are having a naughty treat but it is made using only fruit and milk.


Step 1
  • Chop your strawberries in half and bananas into chunks, lay on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pop in the freezer for 2 hours.
Step 2
  • Once frozen, add your fruit and Arla Cravendale milk to a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
  • You can serve this straight away for a soft scoop style ice cream, or transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for a further 3 hours (or until ready to serve).
Step 4
  • Scoop into a bowl and scatter with more fresh fruit, nuts and honey. Fruit never tasted so good!

Arla Cravendale Milk
100 ml
Extra fruits (Optional)
Walnuts (Crushed)
Honey (Optional)
