Ingredients

Melted butter
2 tbsp
Packet pizza dough Mix
1
Tomatoes
2
Black olives
100 g
Ml rocket leaves
200
Creme fraiche
40 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Make the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packet.

Step 2

  • Roll out 4 pizza bases, about 10 cm in diameter.

Step 3

  • Brush the dough with butter and grill them for about 3 minutes on each side.

Step 4

  • Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Add tomatoes, olives and arugula to the pizzas. Dollop on crème fraîche.
