The simplest chocolate mousse

With just two ingredients, you can easily make a fluffy chocolate mousse that you can top with sprinkles, fresh berries or chopped nuts and seeds.


Step 1
  • Heat the sour cream in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate and stir in the warm sour cream continuously stirring.
Step 2
  • Mix the chocolate micture until smooth with a hand blender. Leave to cool, preferably overnight.
Step 3
  • Beat the chocolate mousse and spoon or pour into glasses. Top with chocolate balls."
