Strawberry Cheesecake with Lime

The secret to this strawberry cheesecake is the filling. A fabulous and simple cheesecake that your guests will love.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 150 °.
Step 2
  • Crush the digestive biscuits to make crumbs. Melt the butter. Add the biscuit crumbs to the melted butter and add the cinnamon.
Step 3
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a tin with a removable edge, about 20x30 cm or 24 cm in diameter.
Step 4
  • Mix the filling ingredients together and pour into the tin on top of the biscuit crumb base.
Step 5
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
  • Let cool. Melt the jam with 1 tablespoon of water in a saucepan and spread it carefully over the cheesecake.
Step 7
  • Garnish with slices of lime and halved strawberries.
