Step 1
  • Divide the skyr between two serving bowls.
Step 2
  • Finely slice the strawberries and sprinkle them on the skyr.
Step 3
  • Top with chopped walnuts and the vanilla syrup.

Tip

gently toast the chopped walnuts at 150°C for 20 min to bring out their true flavour.
