Sticky Chocolate Cake

Sticky Chocolate Cake

This is an extra sticky cake recipe! Flavour it to your preference.

Ingredients

Butter
150 g
Eggs
3
Caster sugar
240 g
Wheat flour
120 g
Cocoa
80 g
Vanilla sugar
tbsp
Salt
2 pinches

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 175 °.

Step 2

  • Melt the butter.

Step 3

  • Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Step 4

  • Mix the dry ingredients together and stir in the egg mixture along with the butter.

Step 5

  • Pour the mixture into a greased tin with a removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.

Step 6

  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 17 minutes until the cake is dry on the surface but still feels a little moist in the middle. Let the cake cool.
