Spicy Meatballs

Small, spicy beef meatballs are just the thing in a juicy meatball sandwich - why not add it to your packed lunch.

Ingredients

½ tsp Sea salt
300 g Beef mince
½ tsp Oregano
1 pinch Freshly pepper
1 Smalled Crushed garlic clove
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Semi-skimmed milk
5 tbsp Wheat flour
100 g White cheese blocks
10 g Butter

Instructions

  • Mix the minced meat with the salt for about a minute. Add the oregano, pepper, garlic and eggs. Stir in the milk and then the flour.
  • Break the cheese into small pieces and gently mix them into the mixture. Cover the mixture and put it in the fridge for about ½ hour.
  • Heat the butter in a pan until a golden brown. Shape the meat mixture into 16 meat balls.
  • Add them to the pan and cook on a moderate heat for about 8 minutes or until they are cooked - turn them frequently.

Top Tip

Instead of beef, feel free to try minced lamb for some extra variations!
