Soft Gingerbread

A simple soft gingerbread with wonderful scents of ginger, cinnamon and cloves that fills the kitchen with Christmas atmosphere.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 175 °.
Step 2
  • Melt the butter, pour in the sour cream and allow to cool.
Step 3
  • Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir the butter mixture into the egg mixture. Mix the dry ingredients and stir them into the mixture.
Step 4
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and baking dish/tin. Bake on the lower part of the oven about 45 minutes. Let cool.
