Small Crème Brulée

A deliciously creamy brulée made with old-fashioned milk. A delicious and fresh dessert served with fresh fruit.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 125 °.
Step 2
  • Boil the milk, sugar and corn starch in a saucepan. Whisk the egg yolks and vanilla sugar together.
Step 3
  • Pour the milk mixture over the egg yolks and whisk vigorously. Now pour the mixture into individual ovenproof dishes and bake in the bottom part of the oven for about 45 minutes.
Step 4
  • Leave to stand for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 5
  • Put the oven on to grill. Sprinkle with raw sugar over the brulees and grill in the upper part of the oven with an open oven door for 2-3 minutes.
