Small Crème Brulée

Ingredients: 400 ml Organic milk; 4 tbsp caster sugar; 2 tsp corn starch; 4 egg yolks; tbsp vanilla sugar; 2 tbsp Raw sugar

A deliciously creamy brulée made with old-fashioned milk. A delicious and fresh dessert served with fresh fruit.

Organic milk	400 ml
Caster sugar	4 tbsp
Corn starch	2 tsp
Egg yolks	4
Vanilla sugar	tbsp
Raw sugar	2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 125 °.

Step 2

Boil the milk, sugar and corn starch in a saucepan. Whisk the egg yolks and vanilla sugar together.

Step 3

Pour the milk mixture over the egg yolks and whisk vigorously. Now pour the mixture into individual ovenproof dishes and bake in the bottom part of the oven for about 45 minutes.
