Simple Granola

Granola is a roasted, slightly sweet muesli, flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon. Here it becomes wonderfully crispy thanks to a little bit of sugar.

Ingredients

Oatmeal Fibre
700 g
Pumpkin seeds
300 g
Vanilla sugar
1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon
2 tsp
Butter
2 tbsp
Water
2 tbsp
Raisins
200 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 175 °. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter and water, mix well.

Step 2

  • Spread the granola on two baking trays and roast in batches in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until it has a lovely colour. Turn/shake several times while cooking, especially towards the end.

Step 3

  • Let it cool. Mix in the raisins and store in a jar with a lid.
