Sherbet Rhubarb and Strawberries

A sherbet is a sorbet but made with milk in this recipe. Our sherbet has the sharp taste of the rhubarb, along with the sweetness of strawberries and a splash of liqueur.


Step 1
  • Cut the rhubarb into pieces. Boil it with sugar and honey for 5-10 minutes until a syrupy consistency is formed.
Step 2
  • Let it cool. Mix the rhubarb and strawberries into a smooth consistency.
Step 3
  • Stir in the milk and any liqueur. For a creamy texture, run the mixture in an ice cream machine.
