Semolina Pudding with Blueberry and Cardamom

This dish makes a great breakfast and gives a healthy start to the day. It tastes lovely with blueberries and honey!


Step 1
  • Put 1 cup of blueberries and the honey in a bowl. Heat in a microwave on average power for about 1 min, then set aside.
Step 2
  • Boil the milk in a saucepan. Whisk in the semolina, cardamom and salt. Heat and stir for about 3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup blueberries.
Step 3
  • Serve with honey blueberries and milk.
