Rocky Road Cookies

Lovely chewy cookies - a mixture of nuts, chocolate, caramel and marshmallows. The kids will love them!


Step 1
  • Mix together the butter, brown sugar, sugar and salt well. Then stir in the egg and water.
Step 2
  • Mix the wheat flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda together and add into the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate, caramel pieces and peanuts. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and make them into balls.
Step 3
  • Put the balls on 3 baking trays lined with baking paper. The balls will spread out a lot, so make sure there is plenty of space between them. The cookies will be cooked when they are golden on the outside, but soft in the middle. Baking time - 15 minutes at 160 ° - hot air.
Step 4
  • Press the marshmallows into the cookies just as they come out of the oven and while still hot. Let the cookies cool on a rack - use a palette knife to move them over to the rack.
