Raspberry Mousse

Raspberry Mousse

A delicious sweet dessert using raspberries and sour cream which gives a fresh taste, against the sweet chocolate. The mousse is also yummy when using regular whipped cream, if you wish.


Step 1
  • Chop up the chocolate. Bring the sour cream to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate until it melts. Then let it cool. Store in a cool place overnight.
Step 2
  • Mash the raspberries, saving some for garnish. Put the mashed raspberries in the chocolate cream and whisk up.
Step 3
  • Distribute the mousse in glasses and garnish with grated chocolate, raspberries and lemon balm leaves.
