A fun and tasty treat to make for a weekend lunch, and a great way to get the little ones creative with toppings. Add whatever sneaky goodness you like, from peppers to pineapple!

Instructions

Step 1

Put your grill on high, and lightly toast the crumpets. You could also pop them in the toaster for a couple of minutes instead while your grill heats up.

Step 2

Mix up the passata, ketchup, and oregano in a bowl, and season it with some salt and pepper.

Step 3

Get your toppings together and chop them up into bitesize pieces. You can use things like peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, olives, ham, and fresh basil.

Step 4

Spread your mixed-up sauce over the crumpets, then add your chosen toppings. Finally, top with a good sprinkle of grated cheese.

Step 5

Line a baking sheet with foil or baking parchment before adding your crumpet pizzas. Grill them for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is deliciously bubbly and melted.

Step 6

Let the pizzas cool a little before diving in!
