Pulled Pork with Barbeque Sauce

Name: Pulled Pork with Barbeque Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 700 g Boneless tenderloin; ½ tbsp Paprika powder; 300 ml Barbeque sauce; 2 pinches ground cayenne pepper; 2 tbsp Spreadable butter

The sweetness and flavour of this pulled pork dish comes from the barbeque sauce. Serve with taco toppings and enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 150 C. Put the meat in a casserole dish and then add the remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Cover the dish and cook in the middle of the oven for about 4 hours. Pull the meat apart with a fork before mixing with the sauce.

Step 3

Serve with taco toppings such as salsa, grated cheese, sour cream, avocado, cucumber or nacho chips.
