Ingredients: 25 g Butter; 2 Coarsely Chopped White White Onion; 2 Red Peppers Chopped in Cubes; 1½ Litre Chicken Stock; 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce; ½ tsp Sweet Paprika; 150 g Cream Cheese; 1 Can of Chopped Tomato; ½ tsp Coarse Salt; 1 Pinch Freshly Ground Pepper; 2 Turkey Schnitzels in Thin Strips; 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread

A lovely red pepper soup that tantilises the taste buds.
