Pepper Soup

Pepper Soup

A lovely red pepper soup that tantilises the taste buds.


Step 1
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan on a high heat, without burning. Sweat onions and peppers for approximately 2 minutes.
Step 2
  • Add the stock and bring the soup to a boil. Whilst stirring add chili sauce, paprika and cream cheese and allow the soup to boil on a steady heat until the cheese has melted.
Step 3
  • Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and boil the soup again. Add in the turkey meat and let it boil for approximately 1 minute. Taste.
Step 4
  • Pour the soup into hot soup bowls.

Chicken stock

Sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp
Sweet paprika
½ tsp
Cream cheese
150 g
Can of Chopped tomato
Coarse salt
½ tsp
Freshly pepper
1 pinch
Turkey schnitzels in Thin Strips
Wholemeal bread
