Pancakes with Jam and Cream

Who doesn't love delicious pancakes? Fill the pancakes with whipped cream and your favorite jam - or serve the pancakes with fresh berries. This easy pancake batter makes 10 pancakes.

Ingredients

Pancakes

Wheat flour
150 g
Milk
450 ml
Eggs
3
Coarse salt
½ tsp
Butter
50 g

Additions

Whipped cream
150 ml
Jam Or Fresh Berries
125 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Whisk the flour together with half of the milk for a smooth mixture. Add the rest of the milk, eggs and salt - and whisk it all well.

Step 2

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and add some of the mixture.

Step 3

  • Fry one pancake at a time (approximately 50ml batter per pancake) at even heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side - or until golden. Keep the pancakes warm under aluminum foil and repeat with the rest of the batter.

Step 4

  • Serve the warm pancakes with whipped cream, jam or fresh berries."
