Oatmeal with Coconut and Raspberry

Start the day with oatmeal made from coconut milk and fiber-rich grains. Add some extra luxury by whisking it into a soft foam. Top with crispy coconut, sweet and sour berries and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

Fibre oatmeal
100 g
Semi-skimmed milk
200 ml
Coconut milk
200 ml
Salt
1 tsp
Coconut flakes
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 3 minutes continuously stirring.

Step 2

  • Serving - Pour the porridge into bowls and top with the topping. Serve with the lukewarm, foamed milk.
