A great recipe for large, medium or small sized muffins - you decide for yourself. The muffin size and baking time are the only things that differ. The taste is always fantastic!


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 225 °.
Step 2
  • Place paper muffin cases on a tray or grease a muffin tray.
Step 3
  • Melt the butter. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and butter.
Step 4
  • Mix flour and baking soda and stir in the mixture. Add chocolate or berries. Distribute the mixture into the cases/moulds.
Step 5
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes for large and about 12 minutes for medium size. If small, decrease cooking time further.
Step 6
  • Allow the muffins to cool. Sprinkle over a little icing sugar just before serving or add some cream. Garnish with berries.
