With deliciously homemade muesli you are guaranteed a good start to the day. Rye flour, oatmeal and buckwheat give a super satisfying feeling and are perfect when served with yogurt or milk!


Step 1
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour melted butter and water into the mixture while stirring so that it is mixed together well. There may be small lumps in the mixture.
Step 2
  • Spread the muesli out onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook the muesli in the middle of the oven, stirring regularly. Take special care that the edges do not become too brown or overcooked.
Step 3
  • Let the muesli cool and mix in the raisins. Serve the muesli.
  • 1 hour and 15 minutes at 150 °C
Top Tip

The muesli can be stored in the refrigerator for up to approximately 1 week when covered.
