Mint Chocolate

Chocolate mousse with mint. Quark with vanilla flavour enhances the mousse perfectly, so you can enjoy it to the full.


Step 1
  • Beat the cream lightly and stir in the quark.
Step 2
  • Crush the chocolate mints. Melt the chocolate on a low heat using a water bath or in the microwave.
Step 3
  • Mix the icing sugar and cocoa in a large bowl, add the egg yolks. Stir in the melted chocolate.
Step 4
  • Mix in a little bit of the cream mixture at a time to the chocolate mixture, so the mousse does not separate.
Step 5
  • Stir vigorously until smooth. Stir in the remaining cream mixture and the crushed chocolate mints. Distribute the mousse into 6 small cups or dishes.
Step 6
  • Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle the cocoa before serving and garnish with a chocolate mint.
