Mint Chocolate

Ingredients: 200 ml whipped cream; 250 g Vanilla quark; 100 g dark chocolate; 100 g chocolate Mints; 3 tbsp icing sugar; 1 tbsp cocoa; 2 egg yolks; 1 pinch cocoa; 1 handful chocolate Buttons

Chocolate mousse with mint. Quark with vanilla flavour enhances the mousse perfectly, so you can enjoy it to the full.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the cream lightly and stir in the quark.

Step 2

Crush the chocolate mints. Melt the chocolate on a low heat using a water bath or in the microwave.

Step 3

Mix the icing sugar and cocoa in a large bowl, add the egg yolks. Stir in the melted chocolate.

Step 4

Mix in a little bit of the cream mixture at a time to the chocolate mixture, so the mousse does not separate.

Step 5

Stir vigorously until smooth. Stir in the remaining cream mixture and the crushed chocolate mints. Distribute the mousse into 6 small cups or dishes.

Step 6

Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle the cocoa before serving and garnish with a chocolate mint.
