Ingredients

Milk Chocolate Cream

Milk chocolate
150 g
Whipped cream
100 ml

Almond Biscuit

Caster sugar
160 g
Eggs

Egg yolk

Small lemons
Wheat flour
180 g
Baking soda

Almonds

Fresh Berries

Raspberries
100 g
Blueberries
50 g
Redcurrants
100 ml
Flake salt

Pot Of lemon balm

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 175 °.

Step 2

  • Start with almond biscuit. Beat sugar, eggs and yolk together until light and creamy. Then fold in the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

  • Pour the mixture in two lengths on a baking paper lined baking tray. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

Step 4

  • Cut the lengths into approximately 2 cm thick circles and put back on the tray with the cut surface up. Lower the heat in the oven to 125 ° and dry the biscuits for about 30 minutes.

Step 5

  • Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl. Bring the cream to the boil and stir the chocolate in until it melts. Pour the chocolate cream into 4 bowls and leave for about 30 minutes.

Step 6

  • Put the berries on the chocolate. Chop 2-3 of the biscotti and sprinkle over. Garnish with a little flaked salt and lemon balm.
