Milk Chocolate Cheesecake

Try something different and make this cheesecake with the bottom of the cake crumbled on top and you have a cool dessert in a snap.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200 °.
Step 2
  • Crush or crumb the biscuits. Melt the butter and stir in the biscuit crumbs and cardamom.
Step 3
  • Put the biscuit mixture on a baking tray with baking paper and roast in the middle of the oven for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath.
Step 5
  • Stir the chcolate. Whisk cream and sugar firmly and mix with the melted chocolate.
Step 6
  • Distribute the mixture into 4 individual glasses and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes.
Step 7
  • Sprinkle with the baked crumbs and garnish with berries when serving.
