Milk & Cereal Ice Cream

Who doesn't love that last bit of sugary goodness at the bottom of the cereal bowl? Well, now you can turn it into a full frozen treat with our homemade Milk and Cereal ice cream recipe!


Step 1
  • Add all ingredients (except the cereal and condensed milk) to a bowl and mix until your sugar has dissolved.
Step 2
  • Add your cornflakes to your mix, then pop the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.
Step 3
  • Sieve your mixture to remove the cornflakes, making sure to squish the cornflakes into the sieve to add as much delicious cereal flavour to your mixture as possible!
Step 4
  • Whisk your condensed milk into your mixture until thickened, then place in an air-tight container. Top with your extra cornflakes and place in the freezer to set.
Step 5
  • When ready to eat, serve into bowls for a sweet breakfast-for-dessert treat!
