A classic recipe that makes delicious and juicy meatballs. This basic recipe for meatballs can be adapted depending on the season.

Step 1
  • Season the mince meat with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Step 2
  • Add the finely chopped onions, eggs and peppers then mix together. Add the cream little by little to the mix and then finally stir in the flour. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for approximately ½ hour.
Step 3
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan. Take the mince out the fridge and shape into small balls - you should be able to make approximately 14 meatballs. Place the meatballs in the pan and brown on one side with a low heat for approx 15 minutes
Step 4
  • Turn the meatballs and brown on the other side, keeping the heat low so not to burn them for approx 15 minutes.
