Mashed potatoes

The best mashed potatoes ever with an indulgent touch of cream for added flavour.


Step 1
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks and boil in lightly salted water for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
  • Drain the water and then mash the potatoes in the same pan until they are nice and fluffy.
Step 3
  • Warm the milk and cream slightly then stir it in to the potatoes until mixed. Season with salt and pepper."
