Luxurious Snickers Cake

Name: Luxurious Snickers Cake
Yield: 35 servings
Ingredients: 50 g butter; 250 g Peanut butter; 200 g syrup; 80 g caster sugar; 1 tsp vanilla sugar; 600 g cornflakes; 250 g chocolate

A favourite candy with peanuts and chocolate, makes a lovely cake! Snickers cake is good to have on a coffee break.

Instructions

Step 1

Brown the butter, take off the heat and let it cool.

Step 2

Melt the peanut butter in a saucepan on a low heat, add the syrup, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until the mixture is nice and smooth.

Step 3

Pour in the melted butter and stir in the cornflakes. Pour the mixyure into a tin or dish about 20x30 cm lined with baking paper.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate and swirl over the cake. Put in the refrigerator and allow to solidify for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares."
