Luxurious Snickers Cake

A favourite candy with peanuts and chocolate, makes a lovely cake! Snickers cake is good to have on a coffee break.

Ingredients

Butter
50 g
Peanut butter
250 g
Syrup
200 g
Caster sugar
80 g
Vanilla sugar
1 tsp
Cornflakes
600 g
Chocolate
250 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Brown the butter, take off the heat and let it cool.

Step 2

  • Melt the peanut butter in a saucepan on a low heat, add the syrup, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until the mixture is nice and smooth.

Step 3

  • Pour in the melted butter and stir in the cornflakes. Pour the mixyure into a tin or dish about 20x30 cm lined with baking paper.

Step 4

  • Melt the chocolate and swirl over the cake. Put in the refrigerator and allow to solidify for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares."
