Low Fat Chocolate Pudding

If you are looking for a tasty after-dinner treat, indulge yourself with this decadent chocolate pudding - bonus, it's made with Arla B.O.B milk for all the flavour with less fat!


Step 1
  • Pour the milk into a saucepan and whisk in cornflour, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
  • On a low heat, cook for around 10 minutes until the mixture has thickened.
Step 3
  • Add the dark chocolate to the mixture and stir until all of the chocolate is melted and mixed in
Step 4
  • Pour in the vanilla extract and stir.
Step 5
  • Pour the mixture evenly into your ramekin dishes and decorate with fresh raspberries (if you want).
Step 6
  • Place ramekins in the fridge and leave to set for a couple of hours before eating.
