Low Fat Burger Dipping Sauce

A guilt free hot cheese dipping sauce! Combine spicy chillies with smoked paprika and cheese for this mouthwatering dip. Perfect for barbecues, bring your burger to life with the king of all comfort food.


Step 1
  • Chop up the chillies and onions and fry them off in a pan with the garlic in a little oil.
Step 2
  • In a separate pan, in warm through 250ml of Arla B.O.B Mill, then add 2 tbsp of plain flour and mix through until there’s no lumps.
Step 3
  • Cut the cheese into cubes and let them melt and mix into the milk.
Step 4
  • Once the mixture is thick and there’s no lumps, add the onion and chilli followed by a tsp of both smoked paprika and chilli powder. Add more to taste if you want. Now you’re ready for dipping!
