Lemon Salmon

Superb lemon salmon with the taste of French mustard and sage in the sauce. Tasty and simple salmon cooked in the oven and served with lightly cooked vegetables.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 225 °.
Step 2
  • Cut the salmon into 4 portions and place them in an ovenproof dish. Salt and pepper.
Step 3
  • Mix crème fraîche with lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard and sage. Spread the mixture over the salmon pieces. Bake the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
