Lemon Salmon

Ingredients: 1 tsp salt; 600 g salmon Fillet; 1 pinch White pepper; 200 ml creme fraiche; Zest and Juice of 0.5 lemons; 1 tsp dijon mustard; 1 tsp Dried sage leaves

Superb lemon salmon with the taste of French mustard and sage in the sauce. Tasty and simple salmon cooked in the oven and served with lightly cooked vegetables.

Ingredients

Salt	1 tsp
Salmon Fillet	600 g
White pepper	1 pinch
Creme fraiche	200 ml
Zest and Juice of 0.5 lemons
Dijon mustard	1 tsp
Dried sage leaves	1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 225 °.

Step 2

Cut the salmon into 4 portions and place them in an ovenproof dish. Salt and pepper.

Step 3

Mix crème fraîche with lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard and sage. Spread the mixture over the salmon pieces. Bake the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
