Ice Cream Dome

A delicious treat to enjoy after dinner or when you're craving something sweet!

Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk	300 ml
Whipped cream	200 ml
Egg yolks	2
Icing sugar	80 g
Vanilla sugar	2 tsp
White syrup	2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients in a round bottom bowl that holds about 1 litre. Place the bowl in the freezer and leave for at least 4 hours, stirring a few times.

Step 2

Take out the ice cream 10-15 minutes before serving. Place on a dish and garnish with berries, sprinkles or some candy.
