Homemade Ice Cream

Want to be popular with everyone? Try making waffles with homemade soft ice cream and a selection of toppings.


Step 1
  • Cut the ice into the cubes and let it thaw slightly in a bowl. Add cream and whip the mixture lightly and steadily with a hand mixer.
Step 2
  • Quickly pour the stirred ice into a icing bag, and squeeze it into the cone.
Step 3
  • Serve with your favourite toppings (see tips section on toppings).
Topping Suggestions

For toppings: add sour cream, chopped nuts and chocolate, fresh and freeze-dried berries, toasted coconut, strawberry puree and more
