Made with fresh ripe bananas, self-raising flour, Greek yogurt, and Arla Big Milk, these muffins are a scrumptious treat that are easy to make. With a hint of vanilla and the option to add oats on top, these muffins are for any time of the day. The best part? They are cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a quick and easy snack.


Step 1
  • Melt butter and let cool.

  • Use a fork to mash the bananas in a small bowl. Set aside until required.

  • Whisk the flour and baking powder in a medium bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add the egg, melted butter and vanilla. Use a wooden spoon to stir until the mixture is combined. Stir through the banana.

  • Preheat an air fryer to 180C. Divide the mixture among 6 paper cases then sprinkle oats on top. Remove the rack from the air fryer and carefully transfer the cases to the rack. Return the rack to the fryer. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until muffins are cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack.
