Flavoured Butter Cream

Flavoured Butter Cream

Add colour and taste to classic butter cream. Great for use in biscuits, dream cake or as a topping on a soft cake.


Step 1
  • Beat the butter lightly in a bowl.
Step 2
  • Add icing sugar and vanilla sugar during whipping.
Step 3
  • Add the water and stir into a smooth cream.
Step 4
  • Mix with any of the proposed flavourings.
