Step 1
  • In a bowl whisk well egg, flour and milk.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 175℃ and grease a cake pan with butter or oil
Step 3
  • Put the pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese after 4 minutes cooking
Step 4
  • Take a spatula and slide the omelette out of the pan onto a chopping board. Allow to cool a bit and serve sliced into fingers.

Experiment with different fruits and vegetables to create a variety of omelettes.

You can substitute the tbsp of self raising flour with a tbsp of flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
