Easy Healthy Loaf

With the right ingredients, you can quickly make a super-useful and healthy loaf.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200 °. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in yogurt and jam. Pour the batter in a greased elongated tin, that can hold about 1 1/2 litres.
Step 2
  • Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 1 hour. Take the loaf out of the tin and let it cool under the cloth.
