Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200 °.
Step 2
  • Deseed and cut the apples. Put them in a greased oven-safe tin.
Step 3
  • Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk in crème fraîche. Pour the batter over the apples. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
  • Whisk lightly the cream and serve with the cake.
