Dreamy Swiss Roll

Dreamy Swiss roll with cocoa, and a butter cream as filling. Serve our dreamy Swiss roll at your next party or have it as a treat.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 225 Celsius.
Step 2
  • Whisk eggs and sugar together until white and fluffy. Sift potato flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a long tin lined with baking paper, about 30 x 40 cm long.
Step 3
  • Bake in the center of the oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the cake onto baking paper powdered with sugar. Remove the paper on which the cake was baked. Let the cake cool.
Step 4
  • Whisk butter, icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the egg yolk. Spread the cream onto the cake and roll together. Store in the fridge.
