Dark Chocolate Truffle

Perfect small bites to have with coffee, as easy to make as it is to eat them. Stir the chocolate mix, let it solidify and shape into balls as you roll in cocoa.


Step 1
  • Chop the chocolate, and put it in a bowl.
Step 2
  • Boil cream, honey and butter. Pour it over the chocolate.
Step 3
  • Stir until the chocolate melts and the batter is smooth.
Step 4
  • Allow to solidify for at least 6 hours at room temperature.
Step 5
  • Shape the mixture into balls and roll them into cocoa.
